I miss Kendo.

Tsukareta naa~ o(_ _)o We went to Belait today, in the morning and went home at 6PM. Whoa. Osoi da... It would have been a boring journey, if ti wasn't for the portable DVD player we bought XDD We watched Taiyou no Uta. OMG I just seriously love that story. I don't know whether I'm biased because that movie starred YUI, or that it's just such a beautiful story, but I like it. Haha. Em, we went to Kaka Dayang's house, looked at some of her cats. It was like, "o-mi-gosh", cat haven.

And next, well, some other houses. Not that I really know any of them.

In between the visits, all I did was chat with Pau. He's the only dude in my contact list willing to talk for hours with me. Well, that's just because he was bored at work too. So yeah. Haha. Well, what else was there to talk about, other than Kendo? Sigh.

It made me miss Kendo all over again. I mean, ever since I took a break from it few months ago because of my exams, I was actually kinda cool about it. But now, *sob*. I miss my "Ken-san". Please be noted, I call Kendo Ken. It s not the nickname of a guy I have a crush on or whatever. Shinjite kudasai! XD

Other than because of talking with Pau, it was also because of Peace Maker Kurogane, mainly during the part where the Shinsengumi members are in the dojo, wearing the kendogi and hakama, wielding bokkens and shinais. I can't help sighing. SO what did I do after completing all 7 sets of the DVD? Went to my room, lock the door, put on my gi and hakama, hoping I haven't forgot how to wear it, and took out my shinai. Man, I pity myself.

Lastly, Omedetou to Katak a.k.a Froggy a.k.a Kaeru for getting that trip to Japan. I hate you and I'm going to miss you. Please buy me a katana, then I will love you.

SMARTER Kids Raya Event

As the title goes, it was the SMARTER kids of the Brunei-Muara branch Raya Event yesterday.Udin was in it as well. It was more like an activity. They had 3 days of familiarisation before yesterday. I mean, you know how the autistic kids are, they need to be familiarised with the surroundings first. Our house was the second house they went to. My mum only served lemang and rendang for the kids and their parents. What the heck.

After packing things up, we then headed for Qayyum's house. Everyone in our family joined in. It was one of the rare times where the car was packed with all 7 family members. ^^~ At Qayyum's, the usual makan-makan took place. Qayyum's grandma invited us to go to her house next, which was close to Qayyum's house, and then to his uncle's. Haha. Funny. That's it for the morning session.

While dad was out sembahyang juma'at, I watched Running Boy. I really like that story. It's a story about an autistic boy and running. The acting was just so realistic. I know that because, well, I've been around an autistic kid for so long. However, after spending 3 days with tens of other autistic kids, I realised one thing. Cho-won, the guy in the story, is not as hyper as the kids. Is it because he is 20 years old? Well, still, awesome story.

And then, afternoon session's turn. We decided to join in. Let me just summarise it. First house was Qawwim's, and then Irfan's, Faiq's, Adib's and last of all Taufiq's. I'm not sure if I missed any houses out but man, it was hectic. With more than a few kids to handle, whoa. Some were running, some were jumping, some screaming, hahaha. The experience was overwhelming. But it was also fun. Hmmm...I wish I can show you guys the photos right now.

Practicals || Open House

Hellew bloggeh~ I had ma first paperrr yastarday. Now why be me speaked liek diz? No idea. I am not saying the paper was easy, like kacang easy. Yet, it is also not hard that you'd get a mental breakdown if you look at it from another point of view. I don't really know how to describe it. Hmm. Well, quarantine time was...haha. I sat with Nisa, Faiqa and Fatin. There was a weird smell that freaked them out. Haha at one time, the smell just suddenly appeared (?) and they ran away, knocking a table down in the process. The teachers-in-charge said something, but we were too busy laughing. XD Zirah gave us some bite-sized oreos. OMGOMGOMG Oreos kli ah. I was the only one eating it 'cause the others didn't want to blacken their teeth. But what do I care, I love 'em! Sadly, I got a little too hyper so I had to give them away to Jyn, Nazmi and Rifaie who were sitting next to us. :( And then, finally, after three agonizing hours (actually, we didn't study much during quarantine) it was our turn to get into the labs. Since Sir Bio said that if the paper is relatively easy, the markers will mark harshly. Damn. I don't know whether my answers were logical or not.

Anyway, when I got home, the "open house" event has started. EVeRY_FIRGGIN_ONE who knew me asked me, "So how was the paper?" Damn it. I dont knoooow what to say about it, okay. Well, I didn't do much. Just talked to some people. Oh, there was also this Pakistani woman who had her masters in Economics, and was very pleased that I took Economics too, and well, we talked. Haha. Fancy seeing myself sitting in the living room, talking to a guest, instead of my parents. Yeah. And then they went home.

After that, more people came. But nothing really important. Some relatives from both my parents' side were there. Kinda hectic. I had to go pick up the left-over plates since the manpower in kitchen was not enough. And oh no, I think, I think, I really, really think that I saw Keem. Hmm. I don;t know, I just took a few glances. I was scared if that was really him. Darn. Why am I always like this? Avoiding people I know. If it was him, then, I AM SO EFFIN SORRY (>o<). If it was not him, good. Yarrr...awkward much?

Lapas atu (c'mon, something different than "after that" & "and then" XDD) More...awkwardness. Tenet tenet tenenenenet~ (Jaws' song bah) Cg Rahimah came. OF course, she did not come as my teacher, but...as my cousin's girlfriend, no, I mean kawan. Both persuaded me to take Physics. So, she is a Physics teacher, but stiiiilll. I am so lost.

And then/after that/lapas atu/sekalinya, Manda came. Great. More "stories". It is always the same thing, over and over again. Darn. I am so tired. I didn't hide the fact that I was tired with her stories. But still, what the heck. She kept me entertained the whole night. She was the last to go home. Thank you, my man.

And then, Kaka Dayang came. Her eldest, Faiz who is only a month younger than me has changed too much. Where did the tiny lil Faiz I knew go?! Now he's just a gigantic, anorexic lamp post! Oh, apparently his mother still thinks the both of us will get embarrassed because of some childhood memories. Okay, so we still do. But you know, he's just so friggin tall having him salam-ing me just feels awkward. And you know what's the worst part is? Manda thinks he's hot. So not. Wait. I forgot she dates anorexic guys.

And then, One of the last people who came was Abang Amin. We watched Cinta Fotokopi. Man and I have watched the movie before, but he hasn't, so he was all...emotional watching it. DUde, you are a full grown man. Get a grip. Haha. He was like, "Tampar tia!" "Tandang pintunya ah!" "Baie jua laki2 atu!" and the likes. Right.

....d, ...ed, ..red, .ored, bored.

So here I am again, in front of the computer. I spent the whole morning outside of the house. Well, I was bored. I did not feel like studying, and I wanted to avoid the computer. I was downstairs, in the dark living room, sitting with my maid, talking. And then I went to Dad's office and played some computer games, it's a good computer because it doesn't have any itnernet so I thought I won't be distracted. But I was bored with the games after 3 hours playing. So I came to this computer, finally surrendering, and hoping that this computer will in some way kill my boredom. In the end, all I did was chat with Smarterchild and Gamesbot. How sad. Sigh. It's also the last day of the fasting month. Wow. How time flies. This also means that, exams in 4 more days. Woweee. Funfunfun. So anyway, the normal greetings to all muslims out there:

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri
Maaf Zahir dan Batin

Oh yes, that is just such a special greeting.

Saigo

Today is the last day of school. As in, really, really last. Nest week is my first paper, bio practicals. The next time I'll see any of my classmates will be in the lab, and then the exam hall. Although, we were planning to just study at school, right after the hari raya holidays. Besides, all I'll do at home is surfing the internet.

Honestly, we didn't do much today. During econ, I tried to finish an essay in 50 minutes. Did not succeed. We continued interviewing Mr. James. Haha. After that, we had Physics. Mr. Chok was late so our econ teacher took over his time. XDD And then during bio, Sir Bio didn't come in, so Mr. Chok continued Physics and forgot his other class. Haha.

Then, break. Ms. Clegg came in and guess what? She recommended Zirah, Baz and me to join the English debate club next year because we had good English. Personally, I thought there were some others in the class who had better English. I was flattered though, and might have thought of joining it, though I was not good at debating. Unfortunately, it was a CCA Club. I had other plans for CCA.

Hmmm... And then maths. Well, I did work during Maths. Not much though. But at least I managed to finish a paper. Next was chem. Well, exercises during chem was unavoidable. Ms, Mary was the only teacher who actually did anything. Haha. After that, lunch break. And we have maths again. *sigh* I did my A. Maths. The teacher wasn't in. All the time, Mr. Chok kept on passing our class. In the end, he took over and we continued until 2. Well, I was still doing maths though, since I forgot my Physics paper.

Qilah and Lylah came in, not that he minded. And Mr Chok called Nisa a pervert. Wtf. Shouldn't it be the other way around?

In the mean time, this was what the others were doing. XDD

The result! It says "Selamat Hari Raya!" with all sorts of messages from us. Hmm, not that clear.

Oh, and look. That's a beetle/bug/insect. Qilah brought it in. I was first scared to touch it, but I tried, and voila! That SHoebox, on my finger! Haha, yes, Qilah named it Shoebox. Don't know why. It wasn't icky, but it was sticky. Had a hard time removing it from my finger. Haha.

Well, that's it? I guess. Will this be my last post?! D:

Cemetery visit

This morning was the annual visit to the cemetery. It was very hot. We went to the Rangas Cemetery, then Jame Asri Cemetery. At Rangas was the grave of my great-grandparents on Nini Aki's side, Great-grandmother from Mama Aji's side, and Unchu's triplets. :'( As always, Nini Aki would climb up the hills to go to the graves. I am amazed. He's 89 and yet he was still capable of doing that. And then at Jame 'Asri Cemetery was my Pa Basar, Mama Aji, Tua Bini and Nini Uteh's graves. At least that was not as steep as Rangas. Fuuhhh.

And well, that one day visit to the cemeteries got me $13. Hahaha, no I don't go visit the graves for the money purposely, but that is just one of the many advantages of spending your time under the Ramadhan heat. Heheh ^^; Sorry if I sound greedy, it's my only way of gaining money. XD

shashishu

I finally bought raya shoes two days ago. I went shopping with Amit Jah and Amanda. This is like, an annual activity done by tthis aunt of mine. She's been doing this for years since we were both kids. I didn't know what to get so she and Manda helped me out. I remembered when we were both kids we used to by the same pair of shoes. And this year, thanks to their help, I bought this em...slip-ons? Slippers? I don't know, with the same designs as Amanda's. Haha she nagged me. She even initially wanted me to buy the same pair as hers, but nahhh.

I had my english orals this afternoon. It was easier than malay, to say the least. The examiners were much better than the malay oral examiners who were @%#&$%*(^)(*_^&*(%^% I had fun. I talked about my grandparents. Since I was one of the few first for the orals, I was out early so I hung out with the 5Sers who were waiting to have their orals, namely Katak, Lynn, Jyn, Rifaie and Aqilah. Yes, we were comparing Malay and English orals alot. XD

The day before, Jyn was briefing me about the friday Mike meeting. In the middle of it, Pinji came and pulled me away from him. And then both of them started to argue about who should talk to me first. XD Seriously, what am I? Do I have no say in this? Haha. I don't know who won though. I was sort of talking to both. Well, more like holding Pinji's hands and listening to Jyn. XD After that Nazmi came and filled in the blanks Jyn left out. Hmm, my final decision? I just want to do Kendo. Sigh.

Oh hey, they're playing fireworks right now. Hahaha I wanna join! :3
